Employer Sponsered Visa(Ens186)
Basic Criteria for these stream is :
- You must have the necessary skills for the job
- You must be nominated by an Australian employer
- You must meet our health and character requirements
Employment Nomination Scheme (Ens) (Subclass 186)
The ENS allows Australian employers to nominate international workers for permanent skilled positions in their business, that cannot be filled as a result of Australian labour shortages
- you must be nominated by an Australian employer
- your occupation must be on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations.
- you must have at least Competent English
Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (Subclass 187)
The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme allows Australian employers who are based in Regional and smaller cities of Australia to nominate international workers for permanent skilled positions in their business.
- you must be nominated by an Australian employer
- you will work for your nominating employer in regional Australia
- your occupation must be on the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations
- you must have at least Competent English
Temporary Work/Long Term (Subclass 482)
This visa enables employers to address labour shortages by bringing in skilled workers where employers can’t source an appropriately skilled Australian worker.
Stay. The Time frame for these visas is 2-4 years and The occupation should be on the short-term skilled occupations list
- Your occupation can also be on either the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL)or the Regional Occupation List (ROL)
