Krishneel is our Lead Immigration Solicitor, with over 15 years of practice in Australian migration law. He guides clients through employer-sponsored visas, Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) reviews and the challenges international students face.

He specialises in the Skills in Demand (subclass 482), Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) and Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (subclass 494) visas, working closely with businesses, skilled professionals and students moving from study to work and permanent residence.

Where is your Parramatta office?

Our office is at 15/60 Station Street East, Parramatta NSW 2150, a short walk from Harris Park and Parramatta stations. Visits are by appointment, so please book a consultation before you come in.

Can I have a consultation online?

Yes. We offer online consultations, so you can get advice from a solicitor wherever you are in Australia or overseas.

Do you only help people who live in Parramatta?

No. Our office is in Parramatta, but we work with clients across Greater Sydney, in other states and overseas.

What should I bring to my first consultation?

Bring your passport, your current visa grant notice and any letters from the Department of Home Affairs or the Administrative Review Tribunal. If your matter involves study, work or a relationship, bring the main documents you already have, such as your Confirmation of Enrolment, employment contract or relationship evidence.

Is a migration lawyer different from a migration agent?

Both can help with visa applications. Since March 2021, Australian lawyers can give migration advice without also registering as migration agents. A lawyer can also advise on related legal issues, your communications are protected by legal professional privilege, and a lawyer can represent you in court if your matter goes that far.
